A snapshot of my story...

I live in a cabin on the edge of the Lake District with my two crazy cats - Daphne + Freddie.

My goal is to beat the exhaustion of working so hard - for very little financial gain - and build a future of more freedom – so I can travel and truly live life like I want to.

After connecting with my mentor Nicky over a year ago, in August 2025 I took the leap to start my own business and become an online business mentor. My only regret is not doing it sooner!

Over the past few years I’ve been on a bumpy journey of personal growth. Battling mental illness, loss of special people in my life, heartbreak, home moves, a late ADHD diagnosis and constant financial struggle. I’ve felt hopeless more times than I can count and often viewed the future as black and scary.

In my late 20s, I found myself feeling very stuck and lost. Jealous of my peers who have the means to go travelling or switch up their corporate careers to something more fulfilling. Worrying I’m ‘behind in life’ compared to those who’ve settled down. Constantly exhausted from working so hard for very little gain.

After a LOT of work on myself - my mindset, outlook, goals and knowledge - I am finally at a place where I am excited for my future for the first time in my life. I’m no longer terrified of change. I am done with a victim mindset. I am done feeling hopeless. I am taking back control of my life. After all, nothing changes, if nothing changes - and that is far scarier to me!

Life is a blessing, surely there is more to it than trading so much of our precious time for a below-average salary?

I’m rewriting my story from the inside out. Working towards a future which is healthy, sustainable and beautiful.
